📉 Disputed Fire Safety Reports – A contradictory assessment by Hydrock in December 2024 found our building to be safe, but Bellway Homes refuses to disclose it.
🚧 Regen Facades’ Troubling Record – A new company with no track record for major remediation projects and an active Prohibition Notice from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
