We’re pleased to confirm that we have formally begun the process of removing Urang as our property manager through an application to the Tribunal. This follows TTMC and Urang’s total failure to respond to a Section 22 Notice, which sought urgent changes and transparency.

- Their refusal to engage only reinforces the need for a new agent
- Withholding service charges remains a valid and powerful statement of protest
