Dear Residents,
As Urang and TTMC prepare to leave, itās vital that every resident understands their rights over personal data that has been collected, stored, or shared about them.
š If youāve withheld service charges, challenged invoices, or raised complaints, this is especially important. You have the legal right to see how youāve been referred to in emails, minutes, call recordings, or correspondence with contractors, lawyers, insurers, and regulators.
š Your Right to Access Data (DSAR)
Under the UK GDPR, you can submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). This forces a company to:
- Hand over copies of all data they hold on you.
- Explain who your data has been shared with.
This is a simple but powerful tool to hold TTMC and Urang accountable before they exit.
š Template DSAR Letter
Weāve prepared a ready-to-use template. Just fill in your details and adapt the section on third parties if needed.
Send separately to:
- Urang Group (all companies): patrick.flynn@urang.co.uk
- TTMC: 12treesmanco@gmail.com
