Membership Acceptance
Confirm your wish to participate in the Right to Manage process at Maltings Close.
Apply for and agree to become a member of Maltings Close Residents Management Company Limited (the “Company”) (formerly registered as Maltings Close Residents Association on the Company Register).
Agreement to Company Documents
Acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Company’s Memorandum and/or Articles of Association, as amended from time to time.
Confirm that your membership and/or subscription is for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006.
Liability on Winding Up
Undertake to contribute £1 (one pound) to the assets of the Company in the event of its being wound up while you are a member or within one year after you cease to be a member, as required under the Articles.
Authority to Act
Authorise the Directors of the Company and/or their appointed representatives to act on your behalf in relation to any Right to Manage (RTM) claim, notices, or other related actions necessary to give effect to the RTM process.
Electronic Signature
Agree that submission of this form, including the recording of your IP address, will constitute your electronic signature for all legal purposes.
