Big news for all of us at The Maltings.
We’re serving a Notice of Invitation to Participate in our Right to Manage (RTM) company.
This is another invitation to join the RTM and take back control of how our blocks are managed.
👉 It’s the legal first step towards protecting our homes and safeguarding the estate’s future.
⚠️ Why This Is Urgent
- TTMC’s days are numbered
Twelve Trees (Bromley-by-Bow) Management Company Limited (TTMC) is facing winding-up action because it can’t meet its liabilities. More creditors are already lining up behind the action. - Contracts at risk
If TTMC is wound up, any management or remediation agreements with Bellway could be void. That would leave our building safety works in limbo. - We must act now
By joining the RTM, leaseholders can:- Ensure continuity of management
- Maintain pressure on Bellway to remediate safely
- Avoid being left without a functioning management company

- Read the attached Notice of Invitation to Participate.
- Sign up as a member of the RTM company if you haven’t already.
- Tell your neighbours – every qualifying tenant has the right to join.
