We understand that some residents have received aggressive letters from Lazarev Cleaver LLP, a law firm owned by Urang’s owner and now under investigation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for serious breaches. If you receive any demand letters, you are fully within your rights to withhold payment until legal disputes are resolved.
