What We’ve Done:
- Escalated to the High Court: We’ve formally addressed TTMC’s false misrepresentation and requested adverse costs against them for obstructing justice.
- Holding TTMC Accountable: TTMC’s misleading actions have breached their insurance policy with AXA, and we’ve requested their coverage be invalidated, holding TTMC’s directors personally liable.
🔍 TTMC’s Questionable Financials:
- Account Issues: TTMC has made false claims about our actions regarding their 2023 accounts, including misleading the court about prepared accounts that were never given to the accountant.
- Ongoing Delay: Despite assurances, the 2023 accounts remain undisclosed, and we demand answers.
