Dear All,
Thank you for your continued support of the Association. With so much happening on the estate – the fire safety remediation works, the service charge demands from TTMC, and the ongoing police investigation into more than £358,000 of leaseholders’ money that cannot be accounted for – it has never been more important that we can reach every member quickly and reliably.
Why we are asking
Many members have also moved, changed email address, or now let their flat out – and letters left at the flat often never reach the leaseholder.
We are therefore asking every member, whether you live at Maltings Close or let your flat, to confirm your current details through our short online form. If you use a letting agent, please give us their details too. And if you are a tenant reading this, please pass it on to your landlord and/or your letting agent and add your own details so that we can keep you informed as well.

Know a neighbour who hasn’t joined yet?
Membership of the Association is free. It gives leaseholders free legal protection in relation to the extortionate service charges being demanded by TTMC, and the strength of standing together – more than 120 leaseholders, the majority on the estate, are now members. Anyone who would like to join can tick the membership box on the same form and we will send them the membership form. Please forward this email to a neighbour.
Your data is safe with us
The Association is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and handles all personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The details you give us are used only by the Association to communicate with leaseholders and residents about the management of Maltings Close. They are held securely, are not shared with TTMC, its agents or any other third party, and are never sold or passed on for marketing. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing info@maltingsclose.org.
